Wikipedia is one of the world’s most visited websites, yet only about 20% of its biographies are about women. This gap leaves powerful stories untold and deprives the world of seeing women who lead, achieve, and break barriers.

Motokazi project is changing that. We have already created over 100 new articles celebrating Malawian women, from athletes to MPs, Cabinet Ministers, and leaders across public life. Our mission is simple: to light up the stories of Malawian women.
